The Proposal Deadlines and Procedure

The proposal deadlines are February 1, June 1, and October 1, although proposals may be submitted at any time. Submission for a given deadline means that the observations are considered for scheduling within a period of 8 months, commencing 4 months after that deadline. In other words, proposals have a validity of 8 months, and if not scheduled after this time will not be considered further unless re-submitted, (perhaps with modifications in the light of the referees' comments.)

Those interested in submitting a VLBI proposal using Arecibo should read Section [*].
